On a sunny Saturday morning, the line winded its way out the door of Sofra around the corner onto Holworthy Street. Business has been booming at Sofra following its inclusion in The New York Times' “The Restaurant List” from Oct. 12, which names the 50 restaurants The New York Times is currently “most excited about.”
